Dragon turns nasty

India has reason to be upset with China for not only refusing to apologise for the ill-treatment of its Shanghai-based consular officer when he went to a local court in the town of Yiwu in Zhejiang Province to assist two Indians who had been illegally detained, but also for denying that the ghastly incident ever took place.
