Manmohan sets a bad example

Narendra Modi’s dig at the prime minister for not voting in the Assam elections can touch a raw nerve for two reasons. One is that Manmohan Singh’s failure to turn up at a polling booth will draw renewed attention to his easy option of getting into Parliament  via the back door of Rajya Sabha.
