Supping with Pakistan

If some of the goings on at margins of the recent SAARC summit at Maldives are any indication, late autumn has become spring in India-Pakistan relations. While Prime Minister Manmohan Singh declared that the time had come to write a “new chapter” in the history of the two countries, there was reportedly a surge of bonhomie between Indian and Pakistani delegates.
