Let’s go with the mood of rating agencies

What does the recent Moody’s ‘stable’ rating given in its ‘credit analysis on India’ mean; quite apart from the euphoria of a 305 point rally on the Sensex? I am not speaking of the reasons and justifications already advanced by the rating agency in its report, but the ripple effect its bottom-line verdict is already having, within the week after, on the mood and economic perception of India.
