Malign and obfuscate

The Congress can tire itself out trying it, but it cannot obfuscate the fact that there had been massive irregularities in the distribution of 2G Spectrum licences during A Raja's tenure as the Union Minister for Telecommunication, and that the racket happened under the benign gaze of Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.
