What's wrong with the RIL contract?

Activists Arvind Kejriwal and Prashant Bhushan have brought Reliance Industries' (RIL) production-sharing contract (PSC), price-seeking and possible fudge of books to the national focus - again. RIL's asking for a price increase from $4 to $14 per mmBtu, the petroleum ministry's refusal and the PMO's intervention to again look into the matter have all been in public domain for quite some time.
