Americans and the decision

Millions of Americans will vote today and end the long-drawn-out cliffhanger of a race that has been so close even the pollsters were sniping at each other. It went from being comfortable for the incumbent to being within dreaming distance for the challenger. In between, the voters were pummelled by political ads unprecedented in number and negativity — a claim made after every US election, but then it does get worse every time.
