Message from Haldia

West Bengal Commerce and Industries Minister Partha Chatterjee is right. The decision taken by Haldia Bulk Terminals (HBT) to immediately pull out of the Haldia port will not have any impact on the state’s industrial revival — because Bengal, at Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee’s pleasure, has little hope of industrial revival left.
