Manmohan Singh has to own up to his faults

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has cautioned the people that “mindless atmosphere of negativity and pessimism” could hurt the “country's image”. In other words, he has asked us to perk up and whistle a merry tune while things around us continue to fall apart as a result of bad decisions that the Government which he leads has been taking over the years.
