Maoists are terrorists, not political activists

The recent ruling by a Sessions Court in West Bengal that a bunch of Maoists now behind bars be treated as ‘political prisoners' and extended a number of courtesies which political prisoners receive, makes a complete mockery of the country’s fight against the violent movement launched by the Maoists against elected regimes and innocent citizens.
