Narrative of hope, not one of lament

Economist and author Bibek Debroy recently gave a very interesting online talk that broadcast live by the Friends of BJP via YouTube. In that talk, Mr Debroy spelled out a 101 of sorts on what really do we mean by good governance. Speaking of an “enabling environment” that can ensure economic growth he elaborated the importance of a back to basics focus on roads, water and electricity to explain why Gujarat's growth model was not just successful but also sustainable.
