UPA sits on green tribunal appointments

There are controversies and then there are contrived situations. The ongoing debate over the appointment of the National Green Tribunal's Chairperson clearly belongs to the latter category. It was unnecessary and would not have happened at all if only the Union Government had taken care to fill up in time the position that has been vacant for almost a year now.
