Union Home Minister cracks a sick joke

Sushil Kumar Shinde has a queer sense of humour that he alone can appreciate. Following a national outrage, the Union Minister for Home Affairs has hastily claimed that he was only joking when he said the people would soon forget the coal scam much in the same manner that they had forgotten the Bofors pay-off scandal.
