Now, they have even run out of excuses

The policy of shooting the messenger rather than attending to the core of the message has undermined the Congress-led Government, every passing day.  The Government targets the Comptroller and Auditor-General’s findings as “inappropriate”. At the same time, its own doings underline the authenticity of the CAG’s findings. It is this that pushes the Government, more specifically the Prime Minister himself, more and more against the wall.
