Disruption as a constructive tool

The 15th Lok Sabha has been the most disrupted since 1952. It has lost 27 per cent of its time to various forms of disruptions so far. The loss in terms of money has been used as a stick by the UPA-2 Government to beat the Opposition parties as if it has been they who were to blame. This sanctimony is the last resort to impress the common people and concomitantly wage a psychological war against the Opposition.
