Saturday's violent protests in Mumbai, leaving two protesters dead and over 60 injured, have raised serious concerns about the city's police and law and order management. And it also shows how combustible the Assam situation is - if not contained, violence could spread to other parts of the country as well, particularly states with large migrant Bangladeshi populations.
