The wimp has no right to complain
India has been facing terrorism in one form or the other almost since independence. Most of it is due to Pakistan’s design to put India down, as the four wars since 1947 have shown. Yet, due to reasons of vote-bank politics, India now does not have any strong law against terrorism. The Terrorist and Disruptive Activities (Prevention) Act was the first causality in 2004, despite the attack on Parliament in December 2001.
