A poor beginning

Misfortune continues to haunt Sushilkumar Shinde. He ended his stint as power minister in the wake of the most colossal failure of the power grid the country has ever experienced. And he began his stint as home minister in the wake of four low-intensity bomb blasts in the heart of Pune city. But none of this seems to make any difference to Shinde. Indeed, in a TV interview he made bold to claim that his record as power minister is excellent!
