Interlocutors ignore basic facts

In the wake of the stone throwing spree of 2010 in the Valley, a team of three eminent individuals was appointed as interlocutors for Jammu & Kashmir. Mr Dilip Padgaonkar was the chairman and the two members were Ms Radha Kumar and Mr MM Ansari. The interlocutors set about their task with much diligence.
