Courage deficit

Various parts of the country are reeling under the multiple effects of electricity shortage. This, at a time when the annual addition to power generation capacity is more than double what it used to be five years ago. The simple reality is that we do not add enough capacity to meet demand, leave alone potential demand, a large part of which remains suppressed.
