The Mail Today report about 70 per cent of water samples taken from taps in Delhi failing a purity test, conducted by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi, is reason for the Delhi Jal Board to wake up from its slumber. The civic authority's public health department laboratory collected 116 samples of tap water from across the capital in May and found 81 of them unfit for human consumption.
