Fresh impetus

It could reasonably be argued that the BJP, so far, hasn't been able to build up much steam from the ruling UPA's political and governance mismanagement. But the party's just concluded national executive meet in Mumbai could well have given it some of the impetus it needs to get its act together. Controversies aside, the two-day national conclave holds special relevance, not just for its organisational dynamics but also the party's future prospects in national politics.
