We can do without the new caste system

We have the Right to Education Act which is the brainchild of the National Advisory Council. Under this Act 25% of seats in Class I in schools outside the government sector are to be reserved for children who cannot afford fees of the schools or meet admission norms, but who have to be admitted compulsorily by the schools.
