Three years with 3D

The timing couldn't have been sharper. As UPA-II rang in three years, the rupee tumbled to its newest low, losing 11% value since March, tagged Asia's worst performing currency. Even UPA-II leaders, voicing half-hearted remarks, couldn't deny something's wrong. Congress chief Sonia Gandhi said her party was aware its re-election depended not on promises but performance.
