Is survival a strategy?

On its third anniversary, perhaps that is the best answer UPA-II can give. By 2014, it will have survived ten years of two Congress-led coalition governments longer than Narasimha Rao and longer than Rajiv Gandhi and Indira Gandhi’s comeback rule of 1980-1984.
