Loony toons

B R Ambedkar, architect of India's Constitution, might be turning over in his grave were he to witness the fracas involving him that gripped Parliament on Friday - as well as its ugly aftermath. The storm arose over a six-decade-old cartoon by acclaimed illustrator Shankar, included in NCERT textbooks for six years now.
