Take stern measures to hold pilots accountable

Directing over 200 agitating Air India pilots to stop their ‘illegal strike’, the Delhi High Court on Wednesday barred them from reporting sick or staging demonstrations. The airline management, which had de-registered the Indian Pilots Guild and terminated services of 10 executive members on Tuesday, sacked 10 more pilots. Despite this, the pilots continued to hold the national carrier to ransom for the second day of their stir.
