Gujarat innovates outcome-based RTE solutions

Given that the fear with the Right to Education norms is that unrecognised schools that fail to meet them will have to shut down, Gujarat has come up with an innovative way for schools to meet the required standards without having to incur huge expenses—this is critical given that, even in rural India, a fourth of kids go to unrecognised private schools.
