Move fast on Urea

The Centre needs to walk the talk and promptly rationalise the subsidy regime for fertilisers early in the sowing season, so as to explicitly discourage nutrient overuse, especially of urea, and instead better allocate resources for agricultural investment. The Centre is reportedly mulling revising the urea price by 10%. But what's vital is to decontrol urea prices and have targeted subsidy payouts to small and marginal farmers.
