Can we bank on BJP if Congress is crashing?

On Friday, the Bharatiya Janata Party crossed a new milestone. It completed 32 years of existence. No, there were no celebrations, barring the notional recording of the event. Perhaps the party had nothing to celebrate; perhaps it had no new ideas to unfurl. The spectacle of absurdity that the UPA represents is a God-sent opportunity for any national party.
