Don’t shoot the messenger

The Minister for Defence, Mr AK Antony, must really be tearing his hair out at the repeated goings-on of the Chief of Army Staff. Just when he thought things would calm down, and the next Army Chief was around the corner, the incumbent threw another spanner in the works. This time literally, well almost, since it involves trucks jamming the roads around South Block.
