A troubled start for SP regime in UP

Samajwadi Party supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav has issued guidelines for behaviour to ministers of the newly formed Akhilesh Yadav-led regime in UP. But isn't the unruliness recently displayed by the supporters of these ministers the symptom of a bigger problem? Within days of its massive electoral victory, the SP is dogged by a spate of violent incidents said to involve party cadre.
