A budget at war with the Finance Minister

The national budget for the financial year 2012-13 is noble in words and wrong on numbers, where bad numbers wage a war against the genuine intents of the Finance Minister. The budget declares laudable objectives, but works for the very opposite. For example, the Finance Minister says that a principal objective of the budget is to “focus on domestic demand driven growth for recovery.”
