Goa sets an example for VIPs on security cover

Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar needs to be congratulated for saying that he does not require Z-Plus security since he should not be afraid of the people who have elected him. He will now be in the Y category that entitles him to be guarded by only one police officer while there will not be any escort vehicles.
