Only party can bail out Bahuguna

Since 17 of the 32 Congress MLAs revolted against Uttarakhand chief minister Vijay Bahuguna right at the time of his swearing-in on Tuesday , there is a question mark on the stability of the government despite all the safeguards in the anti-defection.
