Combat mining mafia nationally

Two disturbing developments in Madhya Pradesh last week remind us yet again that the mining mafia runs its rackets unhindered. The crushing to death of a 30-year-old, honest and dedicated IPS officer, Narendra Kumar, by a goon’s tractor in Morena last week is symptomatic of the rot that has set in.
