Old whines, new voters

Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi showed maturity when he publicly took responsibility for his party’s poor performance in the Uttar Pradesh assembly elections. He had worked very hard in UP in the hope of replicating his party’s stunning performance in the 2009 Lok Sabha polls.
