A conflict with global dimensions

The explosion that rocked Delhi this week, injuring an Israeli diplomat's wife among others, brought home to India the danger that has been building over Iran's nuclear weapons programme. There cannot be any doubt that at least Iranian affiliates were responsible for the coordinated attempts against Israeli personnel in the Georgian and Indian capitals. It is a stark reminder, if any were needed, that confrontation between Iran and the western world, especially Israel, has a global dimension.
