After quitting the  Parliamentary panel on law and justice and office of the Congress spokesperson, senior advocate and Rajya Sabha MP Abhishek Manu Singhvi faces  threat of being stripped of his legal practice. Alluding to a controversial CD involving Singhvi without directly mentioning it, a resolution adopted by the Supreme Court Advocate-on-Record Association, the oldest professional body of lawyers practicing in Supreme Court, said, “the incident pertaining to Abhishek Manu Singhvi, which is now in public domain is condemned.”
