Agnivesh submitted report sans survey!

Officials investigating the misuse of grant by social activist Swami Agnivesh’s Bandhua Mukti Morcha (BMM) point to the possibility of the report being prepared without the survey actually having been done. The documents in possession of The Pioneer indicate that the Delhi Government has refused to either uphold the report or forward it to the Ministry of Labour in the absence of requisite authentic survey data.
