‘Fleedom at midnight’: Govt must quit, we will hit streets, says BJP

The BJP today demanded that Prime Minister Manmohan Singh step down and seek a fresh mandate on the issue of the Lokpal. The UPA government had lost its “moral and political authority” after avoiding the vote in Rajya Sabha through “extra-constitutional methods” last night, the BJP alleged.
