Centre seeks answers, sends back Maya's divide UP plan

Days after stating that the division of any state would be based on a broad consensus in the parent state,the Centre has returned to Uttar Pradesh the assembly resolution for division of poll-bound state into four parts,seeking clarifications on issues like proposed capitals,boundaries,status of bureaucracy and the spiraling debt burden.
