Amit Shah's arrest prompting BJP to block GST: PM

Accusing the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) of taking a hostile stance, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Wednesday said states ruled by the main Opposition party were blocking the roll out of Goods & Services Tax following the arrest of Amit Shah, the former Gujarat minister of state for home.
