Beijing plays bully

It may have been part of India’s long-term strategy to increase its maritime presence in regional waters, including the South China Sea, but the fact is that its decision to speed up its Carrier Battle Group plan comprising aircraft carriers, guided missile destroyers and submarines to be deployed if need be is seen as an attempt to counter China’s increasing aggression.
