Faced with a serious credibility crisis, key members of India Against Corruption today closed ranks and warned the government that its policy of “targeting” them personally would “backfire” on it. After a four-and-a-half hour meeting of the “core committee”, members of the group which popularly goes by the name of Team Anna put up a brave and united face, and demanded that the government fulfill its commitment of enacting the Jan Lokpal Bill in the winter session of Parliament.
