Government's 2G lies exposed by CBI court

The government will need to gather itself together to prepare a fresh and hopefully smarter set of excuses to defend itself in the 2G spectrum case after its three top lies were successfully squashed by special CBI Judge O P Saini in his 38-page order. The Order has dealt a fatal body blow considering that the charges have been framed after hearing the lawyers of all the 17 accused for over four months in daily hearings held in the Special Court appointed by the Supreme Court on the 2G spectrum scam matter. To protect their clients, these lawyers had made a desperate attempt to capitalise on the government's line of defence, which has proved unsuccessful.
