NEW DELHI: Congress is close to signing a seat-sharing deal with Ajit Singh, raising the possibility of his entry into the Union Cabinet next month. Sources said Singh, whose RLD wields influence in western UP, may join the government early next week as part of the power-sharing deal being worked out between the two sides.
