Former Deputy Prime Minister LK Advani has every reason to smile. The initial response to the veteran’s Jan Chetna Yatra against corruption has belied scepticism that the best days of the 84-year-old leader were in the past. During the first four days of his yatra, Advani managed to leave an imprint of his ‘campaign against corruption’ on the ground, giving his party the opportunity to exploit anti-Congress sentiment and re-organise itself for electoral challenges.
