Sanjay Nirupam’s CAG attack in PAC boomerangs

The Congress’s plan to put a lid on 2G report in the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) and discredit the CAG went haywire on Monday as one of its members, Sanjay Nirupam, asked the panel to examine the functioning of the CAG and probe some officers with regard to their statements on the presumed loss due to the 2G spectrum allocation.
