Church rejects ‘Hum do, Hamare do’

In an act equivalent to declaration of open war on a Government-appointed panel’s proposal to penalise parents begetting more than two children, the Catholic Church of Kerala will honour 5,000 parents with more than five children each over the next five months. The first function in the series will be held on November 14.
